Website Care Plan Terms and Conditions

1) The customer has agreed to pay an $60 monthly fee for the WordPress Website Care Package, which includes the following tasks:

WordPress Website Care Package 

– WordPress Core and Theme Updates
– Plugins Updates
– Monthly Website Backups
– Enhance Website Security (protecting your website from hacks/attackers)
– Fix Broken Links
– Google Analytics Monthly Website Report
– Minor Content Updates (such as updating minor information/text on the website or removing a product page)

2) The customer may cancel their subscription at any time, but must do so at least 7 days before their next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

3) There is NO REFUND  allowed once the customer was charged for the current month.

4) Any major website updates, such as adding new pages, updating major content, or upgrading the design, will be billed at a fix or hourly rate.

5) By subscribing to the WordPress Website Care Package, the customer understands and AGREES to the Website Care Plan Terms and Conditions.
