Scope of Work & Design Process: We will provide website design services to the client, which includes a consultation, custom design, development, and delivery of a finished website. Our Design process is outlined here https://webdesignbykim.com/design-process, and the scope of work will be outlined in the project proposal/website task list, which must be agreed upon by the client.

Payment: The client agrees to pay the full amount agreed upon in the project proposal. Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of work. 

Changes and Revisions: The client is entitled to request changes and revisions to the website design during the development process. We will work with the client to ensure their satisfaction with the final product. Any major/minor changes or additional pages requested after completing your website will be subject to our hourly rate.

Cancellation and Refunds: Once the website design project begins, cancellations and refunds will not be allowed. All payments made by the client will be deemed final upon the project’s commencement.

For recurring payments:  Once payment for the current month’s SEO or Website Care services has been processed, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the nature of the services provided, which involve substantial time, effort, and resources that are allocated immediately upon payment. If you wish to cancel your SEO service, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. All cancellations made after this period will take effect the following billing cycle.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: The client will own the final product, including all intellectual property rights, upon payment in full. We retain the right to use any design elements or code created during the project for our own marketing purposes.

Confidentiality: We will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of the project to any third party without the client’s written consent.

Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of the final product or any errors or omissions in the design. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of the final product.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the project at any time if the client breaches any term of this agreement or fails to pay the amount due for the work completed.
